After spending over 10 years in a sedentary office job, I needed to get fit and discovered Nordic walking online.
Caroline’s enthusiasm for this fantastic activity was infectious and it didn’t take me long to become ‘hooked’.
I now walk 2 to 3 times a week, my fitness and stamina having increased steadily and the buzz that I get from being outdoors in our spectacular scenery is second to none. I am now a qualified walk leader so I can help others enjoy this great exercise as much as I do.
