After spotting Caroline’s Nordic Walking ad in a local magazine I joined a ‘learn to’ course in August 2014 and Nordic walk twice a week on a regular basis. It’s great to exercise outdoors and unlike my walking hobby it doesn’t take up all of my day.  This additional exercise has improved my fitness and overall well being.  We exercise in all weathers and I find the energy boost lasts all day long.  Having attended a NWUK training course I now help to lead ‘Adventure Walks’ in and around the Saddleworth area.   Julie
